By joining us for this interesting and interactive presentation participants will learn how to:
* Identify the emotional issues that can impact how caregivers cope with criticism. * Identify who is doing the criticizing and the reasons why they react this way.
* Identify the latest research on caregiver criticism. o Identify ways to cope with caregiver criticism.
* Identify action plans you can implement to diminish caregiver criticism.

Presentation: 5:30pm – 6:30pm

This program awards 1.0 CEU credit to Illinois nurses, professional counselors and social workers. License number required.
