Legal Care for Dementia - CEU Event

When a diagnosis of a dementia is given, not only do you need to prepare medically, you need to prepare legally. This session will address important topics such as Powers of Attorney, Living Trusts and Wills.

Presented by: Kathryn Casey, JD, CELA
Ms. Casey concentrates in the area of elder law and is one of only a few certified elder law attorneys in Illinois. Her vast knowledge and presentation style make her the perfect person to speak on this important topic.

Registration Sign-in and Light Dinner: 5:00pm – 5:30pm
Presentation: 5:30pm – 7:00pm

This program awards 1.5 CEU credit to Illinois nurses, professional counselors, social workers and nursing home administrators. License number required.

Advanced registration is required. There is a $10.00 fee payable to Elderwerks Educational Services, a 501C3 not-for-profit corporation, to attend this event. Payments are non-refundable. Please send payment to Elderwerks Educational Services, PO Box 92, Cary, IL 60013. To pay by credit card, an invoice will be emailed after registration. NO FEE for community members to attend.
