Legal Care for Living with a Chronic Medical Condition

When a diagnosis of a chronic medical condition is given, not only do you need to prepare medically, you need to prepare legally. How can Medicare, Medicaid, long-term care insurance and personal care contracts maximize a person’s quality of life?

Presented by: Helen Mesoloras, JD
Ms. Mesoloras concentrates in the area of elder law. Her experience in Care Navigation and Advocacy assists clients in decision making. Planning is made up of many moving parts. Helen’s expertise assists in putting all of the parts together through Care Navigation and Advocacy.

Registration Sign-in/Refreshments: 5:00pm – 6:00pm
Presentation: 6:00pm – 7:30pm

This program will award 1.5 clock hours to Illinois Social Workers, Professional Counselors, Nurses and Nursing Home Administrators. License number required.

A $10.00 fee* payable to Elderwerks Educational Services, a 501C3 not-for-profit corporation, PO Box 92, Cary, IL 60013, is required from all attendees prior to the event.
