How neuropsychologists objectively evaluate cognitive functioning for the purposes of diagnosis and treatment planning and when to engage a neuropsychologist. 2. The primary uses of a neuropsychological assessment and the major domains of cognition and emotion assessed by neuropsychologists. 3. The levels of decisional capacity needed to engage in the contract of power of attorney for healthcare and property. 4. Rights and responsibilities of an agent under power of attorney including those that the agent doesn’t have. 5. The guardianship process and the role, authority, and powers of a guardian.
