Insights on Aging: Helping Seniors Make the Best Use of Their Medication

This free community education program will present a framework to empower older adults to take medication safely, and in a manner that will maximize its potential benefits as well as identify common mistakes. It will explore age-related changes that intensify the impact of the alcohol use and the misuse of prescription medication. Led by Nina Henry, L.C.S.W., Jewish Center for Addiction, from 11 a.m. to noon at the Bernard Horwich Building, 3003 West Touhy Avenue, Chicago, IL 60645.
