Wednesday 09/06/2017 08:00 AM - 09:30 AM
Belmont Village of Buffalo Grove
500 McHenry Road, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089
Elderly patients and aging adults are fiercely independent, resistant to change, and private especially about their finances. Their need to control is tied to their dignity, independence and hope for good days.

Presented by Teri Dreher, NShore Patient Advocates
Teri Dreher has almost 40 years of ICU experience and as a professional patient advocate, she understands the intricacies of how older adults and senior orphans resist help. There is a delicate balance between their need to control and your need for safety. This interactive conversation may help you uncover a couple new tips.
