Dementia, Ethics and Elder Law

Please join us for an interactive presentation and case studies on topics including:
• A framework for addressing common ethical dilemmas involving people with dementia,
• Determination of decisional capacity,
• Risk factors for neglect, abuse, exploitation, and undue influence,
• Solutions for helping those at risk and more

Program: 9:00 AM – Noon

This program will award 3.0 clock hours to Illinois Social Workers, Professional
Education: Counselors, Nurses, and Nursing Home Administrators.
This program satisfies the Illinois social work 3-hour requirement for ethics.

Advanced registration is required.
There is a $15.00 fee payable to Elderwerks Educational Services, a 501C3 not-for-profit corporation, for all professionals attending a 3 CE credit hour event. Payments are non-refundable.
