9700 Gross Point Road, Skokie, IL 60076

Dance/Movement Therapy motivates people with Parkinson’s to keep moving and express themselves nonverbally, which decreases symptoms and assists with movement. Classes include a body warm-up, movement exploration, cool down, and processing.

CJE’s specialized exercise programs are designed to address weakened muscles, minimize the risk of falls, and facilitate functional independence with daily routines. Benefits can include better posture, improved coordination, and increased energy levels. Classes instructed by exercise professionals are focused on flexibility, restoring movement, and rhythm control.
